From a long list of engagements, we have selected two that are representative of our ability to understand and create solutions that complement strategy and become cornerstones to success.
The first one illustrates our work with a Financial Institution that wanted to launch a next generation Cash Management product set, with target market sensitive solutions. The second illustrates our work in a corporate treasury, creating a unique and eventually patented solution to monitor multiple information sources arriving at transaction recommendations.
In both cases, CMM integrated itself within the client’s environment, joined customer calls and participated in strategy sessions, before our recommended course of action was presented.
